They are well worth the wait, amazing pretzels.

Nice little place, good pretzels, very pleasant owner. Stop and enjoy. Makes sandwiches that are supposed to be great. Two men that were leaving after they had lunch there recommended the sandwich.

First of all this is the first time i went here and it was amazing!!! The people were really kind! The food took a little while but once it came out it was so fresh and hot!! It was delicious!!! If you love pretzels then you need to go here! I will definitely be coming back!!

Best little family owned restaurant around! The food is delicious and fresh made by a wonderful family. I had the spinach and feta pretzel with a cucumber dill dip and I was in heaven. We'll be back again and again!

This place is awesome. Small business that is family owned and operated, they recently expanded to a second location in Oldsmar. Definitely try the "Endandgered" for your entree and a Nutella stuffed dessert pretzel.

My family has been going to Penguin Pretzels for a while now and it's definitely safe to say that we're regulars, the pretzels here are outstanding! The workers are super friendly as well, and once you try these pretzels any others taste like garbage. If I were to recommend something, the pretzel sandwiches are fantastic :) I usually get the spinach and feta one. Thank you for quality pretzels every single week!!

I'm a pretty picky eater, so I was skeptical.. but now I'm there like 3 days a week- soo unique and delicious! My favorite is the Spinach and Feta with the Cucumber dill dip! Definately a MUST if you are in the area!!!!!!

1st time and it definitely met my expectations! I tried The King sandwich and it was awesome. Pretzel cooked just right, not doughy/not overdone!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Pretzels are the BEST that I've ever had and recommend them over ANY place else. The cool thing is they take an already perfect thing and then make sandwiches that are amazing. I recommend the cheese stuffed Pretzels too. If you want something sweet the Nutella or the PB/Choc stuffed are sinful. What tops it all is that the family that runs it are just great people! I'm a regular 🥨

OMG great place family run, love the stuffed pretzels , I get the Royal "pepperoni and cheese" and always greated like family.

I'm at a loss for words on how GOOD THIS PLACE IS. I'm not what you'd call a regular because my family is on a diet, so I cant live there like I wish I could, but whenever I'm hanging out with the Morrisons, I know my day will finally be complete with an Emperor Sandwich. Thank you for existing, O' Humble Pretzel Factory, and I can't wait to eat there 5 days a week, now that you have a new facility. :D

Penguin Pretzel Factory offers delicious, unique food at an affordable price. The staff is always friendly and it appears to be a family owned and run business. The food is made fresh to order in my experience and they warn you of that prior to ordering. If time is of the essence, call ahead. It's never been a terribly long wait but is regularly 10-15 minutes, longer during the lunch rush. I've been here many times and will continue to go back.

Food is amazing. Super happy with my order. Food is hot right out of the oven.

Pretzels were fantastic and the staff was great. Just wish they had a little store at the factory where you could buy and eat there.

First time here and the food is amazing. My boyfriend and I enjoyed this so much. The service is great too. Everything we ordered was freshly baked. Will definitely be coming back to try other pretzels.

Favorite restaurant hands down!! Nothing but the best pretzels and the best crew! :) Can't wait for the Christmas dinner stuffed pretzel sandwich since it is finally December again! All the pretzel sandwiches are great but it is by far the best!!! :)

First time here. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was alright. Staff was very friendly. Place is quaint. It is worth trying. Prices were a bit high in my opinion.

🥨 Hands down the BEST pretzels & staff anywhere! If you haven't tried Penguin Pretzels yet then you're seriously missing out! You'll never want another "mall pretzel" again. Their sandwiches are amazing. Also the family that owns and runs it are simply just great people! PPF is always super clean and food is always freshly made for you. 1 Warning though, once you try them you're hooked (in a good way) 🥨

Such a wonderful family and staff! Food is delish and totally gonna order here again!!! I had the special Reuben stuffed pretzel and it is my new favorite!! Highly recommend!!
